Vietnam's tourism product development strategy in 2025
In 2015, the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism has allocated Institute for Tourism Research and Development to create development strategy of Vietnam's tourism product in 2025 and orientations to 2030 and determined it as an important task.Vietnam tourism focus on promoting product development
On January 26th, 2016, Institute for Tourism Research and Development has met the leaders of VNAT to report on Tourism Development Strategy Plan of Vietnam's tourism product by 2025, orientation by 2030.

Acquiring opinions of travel experts, representatives of local and tourist enterprises in the workshop of building product development strategy of Vietnam's tourism in 2025, orientation by 2030 held on September 22nd, 2015, National Institute of Tourism Research and development revised plan and reported to VNAT’s leaders.
The key issues
Accordingly, strategic project includes the key issues: on the basis of state assessment of development of tourism products in Vietnam, determining the views and objectives of product development for tourism; giving general and specific orientation matching strategy for tourism development in Vietnam by 2020, vision by 2030; proposing solutions to boost the development of Vietnam's tourism product and outlining a roadmap and action plan for development of tourism products in the period of 2016-2030.
